Hey, I’m Joey.

I was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the back of a Subaru Outback, on the last day of the year. My parents split up when I was small. I still had all four grandparents and a family that showed up, which is its own kind of wealth, and I know not everyone gets it.

The money, though, I mostly made. At 12 I was reselling things on eBay for family and friends. At 11 I’d already started investing through my dad’s account, small amounts into the tech companies whose products I used every day, and in 2018 some friends put me onto bitcoin, so I bought a little of that too. At 16 I got my first real job, as a summer camp counselor, and invested almost every dollar of it. In 2020 I opened an Etsy shop selling custom face masks and ran it for two years.

Some birthday and holiday money went in along the way, the way it does for most people. Take a habit of investing nearly everything I earned, add a few investments that went well, and you get $120K at 22, while still running food at a restaurant.

That habit is the whole trick, and it’s the only thing I actually teach. Five percentages, applied to whatever hits your account, moved automatically on payday. Not a side hustle, not a stock pick, not selling your car. The videos show the numbers. The free kit is the same thing in files you keep.
